About This Project
LogiTrack operates a national fleet of over 200 vehicles and was haemorrhaging fuel costs and productivity due to poor route discipline and reactive maintenance. Pilloweb built a Flutter mobile app backed by Firebase and Node.js that gives dispatchers live GPS visibility of every vehicle, flags harsh braking or over-speeding events instantly, and surfaces maintenance schedules based on mileage triggers.
The Challenge
No single view of the fleet existed. Drivers self-reported mileage and managers had no way to verify routes, detect idle time, or pre-empt vehicle breakdowns.
Our Solution
Real-time GPS tracking via Google Maps SDK, driver behaviour scoring from accelerometer data, and automated maintenance alerts triggered by odometer milestones — all surfaced in a single dispatcher dashboard.
