About This Project
TechBridge Academy needed to move all administrative and academic operations online — from enrolment and fee collection to examinations and grade reporting. Pilloweb designed and built a ground-up web platform that handles every touchpoint of the school lifecycle. The CBT engine supports simultaneous exam sessions for hundreds of students with real-time auto-grading, while the fee-management module integrates Paystack for instant online payments and automated receipt generation. A role-based admin portal gives teachers, accountants, and management distinct, secure dashboards.
The Challenge
The school was running on paper registers and spreadsheets, causing data loss, exam leakage, and hours of manual grade computation each term.
Our Solution
We built a multi-role SaaS-style platform: student self-service, CBT exam engine, auto grade computation, fee tracking with payment gateway, and a live analytics dashboard for management.
