PrimeHomes Realty needed to modernise a paper-heavy sales process and give agents a competitive edge with digital tools. Pilloweb built a dual-facing platform: a public property portal with Matterport virtual tours and a mortgage calculator for buyers, and a private CRM for agents with lead pipelines, automated Twilio follow-up sequences, and a management dashboard tracking agent revenue and conversion rates.
The Challenge
