About This Project
Northgate Manufacturing was struggling to reconcile stock across three warehouse locations and had no single source of truth for accounts or HR data. Pilloweb built a custom PHP/MySQL ERP that unifies procurement orders, multi-location stock ledgers, supplier invoicing, payroll, and a C-suite reporting module — all accessible from any browser, secured by granular role permissions.
The Challenge
Three warehouses each ran independent spreadsheets. Monthly stock reconciliation took 3 days and still produced discrepancies that led to over-purchasing and write-offs.
Our Solution
A central stock ledger with movement events (receive, transfer, dispatch) that every warehouse records in real time. Auto-generated purchase orders when stock dips below reorder levels.
