About This Project
Apex Microfinance Bank was expanding to 6 new branches simultaneously and needed a single vendor to handle all IT infrastructure so they could open on schedule. Pilloweb managed the full project: structured cabling, server room build-out, Fortinet firewall and network segmentation, CCTV and access control, Windows Server domain setup, VMware virtualisation, and workstation provisioning — all 6 branches delivered within 8 weeks.
The Challenge
Six branches had to go live concurrently within a hard regulatory deadline. Any infrastructure failure at launch would trigger CBN compliance issues and reputational damage.

A templated branch infrastructure playbook designed for rapid replication — the same Cisco/Fortinet stack deployed identically across all 6 sites with centralised remote management for ongoing support.
