About This Project
MedCare needed a digital front door for patients — reducing phone queues, paper records, and the friction of accessing test results. Pilloweb built a Laravel/React portal where patients can self-book appointments, view their records and prescriptions, receive lab results as soon as they are uploaded, and launch video consultations via WebRTC. Twilio powers SMS appointment reminders, slashing no-show rates.
The Challenge
The clinic group handled 500+ daily appointments through phone and walk-ins. Records were paper-based, making it impossible to share information across their 4 clinic locations.
Our Solution
A HIPAA-aligned patient portal with centralised electronic records, real-time appointment slots, integrated video via WebRTC, and automated Twilio SMS reminders.
